Our Oil & Gas department formed to meet the growing requirements of multinational companies for an efficient and to the point legal advice on the various aspects of Cyprus law, EU law and international law in relation to the exploration, exploitation and distribution of oil and natural gas.

The discovery of major hydrocarbons reserves offshore Cyprus in its Exclusive Economic Zone, lead us to create our energy department to deal with the legal challenges involved in the Oil & Gas industry.

Our firm pays special emphasis on the quality of our advisory services with respect to contractual and other legal aspects of the Oil & Gas industry from Cyprus law perspective. This includes, joint operating agreements (JOA), production sharing contracts (PSC), concession joint venture agreements (JVA), asset sale and purchase, financings, farm-ins and farm-outs, unitisations, drilling and development contracts and short and long term gas, LNG, LPG as well as crude sales contracts.
