• Advising O1 Properties, on its acquisition of White Square project for US$300mil from AIG Lincoln.
• Advising our clients on the sale of their shareholding in Sibuglemet company. A coal mine company who is among the largest coal suppliers in Russia for US$3billion (probably the biggest transaction in Russian economy in the year 2013)
• Advising O1 Properties in Project Legend on its acquisition of a commercial building for US$600mil
• Advising O1 Properties in Silvercity Project on its acquisition of a commercial building for US$300mil
• Advising Sberbank and Changi Airports on corporate structure re-construction and acquisition of a stake in 4 major Russian airports for a total value of US$100mil
